Kingston Falls was once under control of one of its most prominent citizens, the rich and cruel-hearted widow Ruby Deagle. That was until Billy Peltzer ignored the rules of owning a mogwai. Billy was given a mogwai named Gizmo, and when a glass of water spilled on Gizmo, he spawned more mogwais, which transformed into green monsters that took over the town of Kingston Falls.
