This Looney Tunes t-shirt features a close-up image of the hungry brute known as the Tasmanian Devil, or simply "Taz". The Tasmanian Devil made his debut in the 1954 Looney Tunes short titled "Devil May Hare". In this short, Bugs Bunny discovered that Taz was on the loose, that he had jaws as powerful as a steel trap, and that he had an appetite for rabbits. Bugs Bunny tried several times to outwit the Tasmanian Devil, but none of his plans were working, until Bugs called a delivery service for the lonely Tasmanian She-Devil. Taz instantly fell in love, Bugs Bunny pronounced them "Devil and Devilish", and sent them off on a plane.
