When my friend was watching Donald Trump’s presidential inauguration, her four-year-old son asked: “Who’s that?” and she responded, “That’s our president. He’s in charge of everybody now.”
Her son answered: “Oh. I thought the mommies were in charge of all the people!”
This kid is going places.
Whether you’re like,
Or more like,
Or you are a mom, we all gotta admit: mommin’ isn’t easy.
That’s why moms deserve a lot of credit. After all, they’re the ones that had to be pregnant, deal with craving pickles, giving birth, changing dirty diapers, cleaning up messes, kissing booboos, and teaching us everything we need to know in life. Sometimes it can be a little crazy, but it’s totally worth it.
Not every day has to be perfect, and not every day will be, but each and every day forms a bigger picture of an awesome story. Moms are an essential part of our lives, and they’re pretty badass.
Arguably, according to most moms that I know, running around with something on their t-shirts, stuff in their hair, and a toy or two lying around the living room, the elusive “Supermom” doesn’t exist (or if she does, she’s not them!). Of course, the rest of us know the truth: every mom is Supermom.
While we’re all on the topic of Supermoms, let’s just give an enormous shout-out to the single moms of the world. Mommin’ isn’t easy, especially when you’re doing it all by yourself, but somehow they manage to pull through with flying colors and a smile on their face and that’s just truly super.
Moms do run the world. They’re “in charge of all the people”, and we would be completely lost without them. These are tees that I think really support the moms of the world. They’re the kinds of tees that kids can buy for their moms, or that moms can buy for themselves and wear with pride, because moms are just awesome at everything they do.
